Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") explains what is and is not allowed when using AIBase. It applies to our website, applications, APIs, AI image generation tools, AI video generation tools, uploaded content, prompts, generated content, account services, and credit-based usage services.

By using AIBase, you agree to follow this Policy and our Terms of Service. If your use violates this Policy, we may block the request, remove content, suspend access, terminate accounts, or report activity when required by law.

1. Content Safety

You may not use AIBase to create, upload, generate, distribute, or facilitate:

• NSFW content, pornography, explicit sexual content, sexually suggestive content, fetish content, or sexual services
• Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, grooming, exploitation of minors, or any attempt to sexualize a minor
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, invasive sexual content, or content that attempts to create intimate material of a real person without consent
• Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation content that impersonates, sexualizes, humiliates, deceives, or harms a real person
• Harassment, threats, abuse, stalking, doxxing, intimidation, or targeted humiliation
• Violence, gore, terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm, or content that incites or glorifies harm
• Fraud, phishing, scams, impersonation, fake identity use, deceptive political manipulation, or misleading public-interest content
• Malware, credential theft, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized access, or instructions that enable cyber abuse
• Spam, abusive automation, scraping, rate-limit bypassing, or attempts to overload AIBase or provider systems
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other third-party rights
• Illegal activity or content that violates applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or platform rules

2. AI Prompt Moderation

AIBase screens user-submitted prompts for image and video generation before sending them to supported AI model providers. Prompts that are denied or flagged by our safety systems may be blocked. If content moderation is temporarily unavailable, generation requests may fail closed instead of being sent to a model.

You may not attempt to bypass, disable, reverse engineer, or manipulate AIBase safety systems, provider safety systems, prompt moderation, rate limits, access controls, or usage limits.

3. Third-Party Models and Provider Rules

AIBase is an independent platform. Model and provider names are shown only to identify supported underlying technologies. AIBase is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of those model providers.

Some features may be processed by third-party AI model providers, infrastructure providers, storage providers, payment processors, and safety tools. Your use of those features may also be subject to provider terms, safety policies, model restrictions, rate limits, and geographic availability.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Using AIBase only for lawful, permitted purposes
• Owning or having permission to use uploaded images, reference files, prompts, and other inputs
• Reviewing generated content before publishing, sharing, selling, or relying on it
• Disclosing AI-generated content when required by law, platform policy, or professional rules
• Keeping your account credentials and API keys secure
• Reporting suspected misuse or safety issues to AIBase

5. Enforcement

We may take action when we believe this Policy has been violated or when use creates risk for AIBase, users, third parties, payment processors, AI providers, or the public. Actions may include:

• Blocking a prompt, upload, API request, generation task, or download
• Removing or restricting access to content
• Limiting, suspending, or terminating account access
• Revoking API keys or credits where misuse is detected
• Preserving and disclosing information when required to comply with law or protect safety

6. Reporting Abuse

If you believe AIBase is being used in violation of this Policy, contact us at [email protected]. Include relevant URLs, account details, screenshots, prompts, or other information that can help us investigate.

7. Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of AIBase after an update means you accept the updated Policy.
