References to third-party model or provider names are for identifying supported underlying technologies only. AIBase is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of those model providers.

"User Content" means prompts, uploaded images, reference images, files, settings, API inputs, and other content you provide to AIBase. "Generated Content" means images, videos, prompts, outputs, and other materials produced through AIBase.
You retain any rights you have in your User Content. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use Generated Content for lawful personal or commercial purposes, unless a specific model, provider, plan, or feature states otherwise.
You grant AIBase a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, process, display, and modify your User Content and Generated Content as necessary to provide, secure, improve, and support AIBase.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
AI-generated outputs may be similar or identical to outputs generated for other users. We do not guarantee uniqueness, copyrightability, legal clearance, or suitability of any Generated Content.
AIBase may route requests to third-party AI model providers, infrastructure providers, storage providers, authentication providers, analytics providers, and payment processors. Your prompts, uploaded files, generation settings, task metadata, and generated outputs may be processed by these providers as necessary to provide the service.
AI model behavior can be probabilistic and may produce inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable results. AIBase does not guarantee that outputs will meet your expectations or be free from errors.
Third-party models and services may have separate terms, policies, safety systems, rate limits, geographic restrictions, or usage limits. By using features that depend on those services, you agree that your use may also be subject to those third-party requirements.
AIBase uses a credit-based usage model. Credits represent usage units for AI tasks and service resources. Credits are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, or a financial instrument, and they cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

AIBase, including our software, interfaces, design, branding, models integrations, documentation, workflows, and related technology, is owned by AIBase or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any right to use AIBase trademarks, logos, branding, source code, infrastructure, or proprietary materials except as necessary to use the service as permitted by these Terms.
You may provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas. We may use feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
AIBase may store uploaded files and generated assets in object storage so that you can preview, download, manage, or access them from your account. Storage availability may depend on provider links, account status, plan limits, technical constraints, or retention policies.
We do not guarantee that any content, generated output, download link, task history, or provider URL will remain available indefinitely. You are responsible for saving copies of content that you need to keep.

We work to keep AIBase reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, rate limits, model changes, network issues, security incidents, or events outside our control.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of AIBase, including models, features, credits, pricing, plans, APIs, and storage behavior.
AIBase is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
You are solely responsible for evaluating whether AIBase and Generated Content are suitable for your intended use. AIBase is not legal, financial, medical, professional, or safety-critical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIBase and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business interruption, or substitute services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to AIBase or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to AIBase for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the event or USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIBase and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:
